Job Description:

Fyre Search is looking for a Human Resources Specialist who will play a crucial role in managing HR functions and contributing to the overall well-being and success of our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and the ability to foster a positive work environment.



  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

  • Administer and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

  • Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

  • Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs.

  • Manage performance review processes and provide support for employee growth and improvement.

  • Implement and maintain employee benefit programs.

  • Handle HR administrative tasks, including documentation, record-keeping, and reporting.

  • Work collaboratively with management to address organizational and employee needs.



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in HR roles with a strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI).

  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
